Thank you for purchasing your download at www.impact.wales. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

We operate a strict no returns, no refunds policy. What this means in practice, is that once you have downloaded your digital document, your order can no longer be changed.

If however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from date or purchase to contact us via email at enquiries@impact.wales.

When you contact us you will need to outline the concern you have with the item that you have purchased and downloaded.

We will notify you within 3 working days of the status of your request. If your request requires further correspondence, we will contact you via email.

All one-off purchase payments are non-refundable once the document purchased has been downloaded.
